Tanisha Bellamy

Director of Prevention

Tanisha resides in Conway, SC with her husband. She met her husband in Washington, DC and they decided to move back to her hometown. They have a thirteen-year-old daughter, Masiella and a one-year-old son, Cayson. Tanisha has been employed at Shoreline for four years. As the Director of Prevention, she loves to network and share new ideas to help better the community. Tanisha has always worked in the Human Services field. Her job as the Director of Prevention entails serving as a liaison to stakeholders and partner agencies in the community, organizing activities, training opportunities and prevention services, she is responsible for the development of the strategic plan, responsible for meeting grant criteria for grants awarded to the department, as well as many other prevention related duties. Tanisha crossed off her top bucket list item when she went on a tour of Greece and Italy for ten days. Something a lot of people may not know about Tanisha is she loves themed parties. She hosts several throughout the year and she typically makes up the theme or gets ideas from social media.
