Refunds
REFUND POLICY: Refunds are issued to clients upon discharge and as soon as an overpayment is discovered. Client accounts will be reviewed prior to the refund to determine that all payments and charges have been applied correctly. Processing is handled through the Business Office. Refunds are mailed to clients at the last known address.
