We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping those with substance use disorders. You would be responsible for approval of agency polices, finances and goals. You would regularly evaluate and review agency operations and would adopt bylaws and ensure the agency operates within them. Applicants should have specific experience and/or knowledge in at least one element: administration, finance, personnel, program development, evaluation, public relations or communications. Case Manager – Full-Time
This is a full-time entry level clinical position in which you will instruct ADSAP (Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program) clients through the evidenced-based drug and alcohol education program, PRIME for Life. This position will also facilitate the four-week School Intervention Educational Program (SCIP). This position will complete reports to include monthly and annual for the Horry County School District. Additional duties include completing group notes in the electronic health record program Carelogic, as well as completing discharges.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in human services field.

Peer Support Specialist – Full-Time
The Peer Support Specialist position is intended to aid clients in establishing continued recovery from substance use disorders. This position promotes recovery, self-sufficiency, and maintenance of skills learned in other services. The PSS will assist in completing referrals to treatment services and coordinating services to promote successful linkage to community resources. PSS will work closely with MAT clients, MAT providers using telehealth and in-person services.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be in recovery with at least 1 year of abstinence/sobriety. High School Diploma or GED required. Certified Peer Support Specialist certification or working towards certification.

Clinical Counselor Full-Time
Duties include completion of diagnostic assessments in an outpatient facility as well as crisis management; group, individual and family counseling; and treatment and discharge planning for those who have been identified as having a substance use disorder.
QUALIFICATIONS: LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, LMSW, or Master’s degree in human service-related field and working toward licensure. Applicant must be willing to explore and learn cutting-edge treatment modalities and possess excellent documentation and time-management skills. Experience working with substance use disorders. Experience working with children and the family unit is preferred.

Assessment Counselor – Part-Time
Duties include completion of diagnostic assessments in an outpatient facility as well as crisis management for those who have been identified as having a substance use disorder (SUD).
NOTE: Applicant must be available to work Monday through Wednesday from 9am – 3:30pm and Friday from 8:30am – 3:30pm.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in human service-related field. Previous experience with SUD clients preferred. Applicant must possess excellent documentation and time-management skills.

Peer Recovery Coach – Full-Time
Acts as a liaison between Shoreline Behavioral Health Services and Tidelands Health Emergency Department to coordinate services for emergency room patients identified as having a substance use disorder. Provides and coordinates referrals, assists clients, provides health education to clients on topics such as substance use and provides case management services. Documents all attempts to link clients to care, conducts surveys at prescribed intervals, facilitates transportation for clients as needed and works closely with both Shoreline and emergency department staff.
This is a full-time, grant-funded position, and will be located at Shoreline Behavioral Health Services in Conway initially but will eventually be located full-time in the Tidelands Health Emergency Department.
NOTE: Once located in the Tidelands Health Emergency Department, the ideal candidate must be available for 2nd and 3rd shift work weekdays and/or weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be in recovery with at least 1 year of abstinence/sobriety. Peer Support Credentials preferred. Requires basic computer skills and ability to accurately collect and report data. Must be compassionate and nonjudgmental, culturally competent, a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience with SUD and mental health clients preferred.
